Smoked Warehou - 250g Vacpac Fillets
Warehou is caught in New Zealand waters. It is taken fresh from the boat, prepared, smoked using South Island beech and manuka and then vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness.
Ready to eat, this is amazing as a finger food served on crackers with cream cheese (add horseradish sauce, gherkins, lemon juice or capers for a tasty addition) added to salads, as a sandwich filling, in a pie or with white sauce.
You can serve it chilled, or warm it to enhance the flavour and aroma.
