Fresh NZ Whole Sand Flounder

- Variety of Sizes (individual fish) vacuum packed

- 2 x Flounders per pack (approx. 500grams for pack of two)

NZ Sand Flounder is found in the majority of coastal waters around New Zealand and has a delicate and moist, white flesh with a low oil content.

Best baked with a sprinkle of salt and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
